Hi I'm so leery about scams and wanted to know if anyone has dealt with American Residential Law Group for a mortgage loan modification? It seemed too easy for them to accept me especially since I'm not in the middle of foreclosure. And she asked for money up front thru my checking acct. I didn't have the money available and told her I would be able to do it next week....So if anyone knows anything please respond! Thanks - I'm hoping it's not it would really help us since my husband was laid off for a few months! Thanks!

Thank you! I didn't think about the fact that they are in another state and the laws are different and if they would be able to practice in NY . I am going to try the # you gave and see what they can do for me!

They told me they were a law group that could do business in every state but CA. I was looking for info on them as well. Found them on BBB with an A+ rating and have been with the FL Bar for 12 years in good standing. But I can not find one client review. Did you use them? Thanks.

And I contacted them. Because I don't want pay upfront, they said I can get refund if the case is not through. Sounds like too easy and they want collect money and run away. I am in NY too, I want find some law firm in our neighbor hood.
