I haven't had any dealings with this company but I attached their report above for you view their BBB D rating and reviews. The reviews posted are mixed but the majority of them are negative.

Have you tried calling a HUD-approved nonprofit housing counselor? You can speak with a certified counselor by calling 888-995-4673. They can evaluate your housing options, open lines of communication with mortgage lenders, negotiate a loan modification, and help you with household budgeting, all at no cost.

Thank you. I got a call from the law office directly after my post. It seems they are still working on the loan, and all is well. I will continue to monitor however, until the situation is resolved. At least now they have responded and I have new contact information etc.
