I contacted this company to lease a vehichle. Everything went well as we discussed the terms and conditions. I sent money to get the process started and await the official lease. As per the salesperson the car would arrive in 15 days. That did not happen so I emailed and faxed to say I was no longer interested. A couple of days later the lease arrived, I was surprised to find different terms than what was discussed. I proceed to contact the business but they would not call me back or email me. Their website was no longer up. I finally left a message voice and email that I was not interested in doing business with them and requested my money back. They refused. I contacted the dealer who this company would aquire the car from and who actually wrote up the lease and explained what happen. They said just return the lease and there is no problem. I told them about my money and they said the General Car Leasing would need to give you back your money. It is standard procedure and that these things happen all the time. He also indicated that according to California Law I was protected from any dealer retaining my money without the dilivery of a car and sighning of a lease. My husband and I tried to resolve this with the company but got nowhere... It is obvious this company has no integrity...Please Beware! I only requested what was rightfully mine. btw -they now have another wesite.
