I bought a desk and bookcase from Home Elegance in December, 2009. By February I still didn't have it (they cashed my check for $977 in January). They never return calls, other times voice mail is full. They seem to screen my calls. I had to go in person to cancel my order. Now it's March and I still don't have my refund despite being promised I would. Just more excuses. The owner, Raul, seems ok as a person though obviously he's still got my money. His son, Albert, is a bald-face liar. I'm a Marine about to deploy to Afghanistan for a year and I think they're waiting till I'm gone so they can avoid giving me back my money.
