Stay away from these crooks. I purchased the product and it came in good time, however.
The Product is of poor quality, it doesn't support and offers no coverage.
When I called customer service I was informed that the Full Money back guarantee doesn't include the $29.90 in shipping and handling, only the cost of the actual product. Now we know how they make their money. Sell a back product, get in return and sell it again. All the time keeping the outrageous fee charged for shipping and handling.
Oh, and when I told the service rep that the support was non-existent, he suggested that I wear 2 at a time. How ridiculous is that?
STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS.
