What can be done about this shpping rip off???

Never mind that their product is a complete waste of money. I paid 59.90 for bras that I'm returning two days after receiving them, just on looks, without opening the packaging. AND based upon on the surprise ARBITRATION AGREEMENT they tucked into the package.
The person I spoke to on the phone told me " keep the bras and only pay a total of 59.90. and he'll drop the all shipping charges. Send them back and pay all the shipping charges 59.90 plus the 29.85 plus the 9.95 for rush shipping - your choice".
Wat say we all get together and figure out what can be done about this rip off??
