I entered into a contract with ADR Electric for the installation of a solar
system for my home. I met with a representative from the company after one phone contact, at which time I was advised of the scope of the job, the cost and their ability to complete the job within a one week period. They appeared on the date scheduled and finished on time. Their workmen were clean, polite and very professional. They cleaned up every evening and were pleasant and courteous. They provided all necessary permits and received all necessary approvals from city authorities.
At the time CSE rebates were being offered and I was advised that ADR would handle all the paper work involved,that it would be a lengthy period until completion and that I would need to be patient.. At that time even CSE was advising that they had a heavy load and were back logged. I did receive a check from CSE after several months, which varied in amount from that originally filed for. As a result, ADR on their own volition made up the difference.
I was so pleased with the service and conduct of ADR that when I decided to add a solar system for our pool, I again contacted ADR. They again performed in a most competent, professional and courteous manner.
I would highly recommend ADR Electric.
