I ordered a trial size of this product and funds were promptly removed from my account. The product arrived and one month later my account transaction showed funds removed. I notified my bank and called the AG Skin Care where I was told that my account is automatic enrollment and funds were removed every month! The customer representative offered 20% discount when I received the product I inquired about and I declined. The customer service representative then offered 50% discount to keep the product. When I declined and told the customer service representative I would not participate in auto enrollment or accept the product he told I would have to pay for the product until it has been returned. I notified him that I cannot return a product I have not received and I was displeased with AG Skin Care company practices. He then added on I should read before purchasing a product! Beware this company has horrible business practices - they bill for products that have never been received. The only reason this company receives one star is there is no lower ranking
