Like so many in the great State of Arizona, I am a "transplant." I do not have the connections to fall back on when looking for quality service (of any-type) at a fair price.My "family/friends" are back in Michigan, so when I needed my transmission rebuilt, I turned to the BBB first.AZ Quality Transmission was one of the businesses listed and his quote was the best. In fact, it was so good, I was concerned! Transmission repairs can get very expensive. George Rosado ( the owner) dealt with me directly. I was impressed from the start! Here is why I have a new mechanic with George and AZ Quality Transmission:
1. Great service and a 2 year unlimited mile warranty!
2. More than fair prices! he beat the competition by 25% and his warranty is twice as long!
3. George made sure I was satisfied with his answers, his time-frame for the repair, and he spoke to me in terms that made sense.
