I have had the pleasure of doing business with Agent Printing supplies for the past 2 years. Their delivery system is fast quick and on point. They have always offered a no hassle guarantee on their product performance.
Recently our company overhauled our computer systems which rendered our existing supply of ink cartridges obsolete. Agent Printing Supplies replaced each cartridge with full replacement since we were existing customers. They made that transition to the new upgrades run very smoothly.
They also indicated that all non customers would receive a eight dollar credit for black and ten dollar credit for color cartridges during this period. That is what I call Customer Service!
