I ordered a large item on Jan 22, 2009 for a Valentines gift. On February 18, 2009, I requested a full refund as they had told me it was backordered. It was out of stock due to their suppliers. They issued a cancellation and a full refund, which was refunded to my card on February 20, 2009. I was upset that the item didn't make it, BUT the company made it right with me. They are difficult to reach via phone and email, but they are available at the online chat link. Since they made it right with me, and sent a free "consolation" gift, I would shop there again. The Customer Service is helpful and friendly.
