Horrible!!! Unorganized NIGHTMARE!
I have had nothing but issues with Allheart!! My mom placed a large order in the beginning of November 2011 that included $150 worth of gift cards for me for christmas and I never received the gift cards from Allheart. I had to call in to the customer service center multiple times in order to receive gift codes that were valid for online use. After receiving my items the sizing charts that I ordered 2 of my items from were off and my pants came in extremely to big. I sent the order back for an exchange less than 5 days after I received the order. I called in 2 weeks later as I had not heard from them. The lady that spoke to me advised exchanges can take up to 3 weeks! However my order had been received bakc in 2 days prior to me calling (No notification was received). She advised my order would be placed through within the next week and I should receive my new shipment within the next 2 weeks. I had utilized one of the giftcards for the payment of the additional shipping and I received an email almost a week after speaking with customer service that they can not use my giftcard towards my balance since it is a gift code not a gift card and they could not explain to me the difference. After speaking with another representative she said they would correct the error and send the gift card information to the billing department to have it taken care of. A few more days go by and I receive another email from Allheart stating I had a balance of $9.00 and my order would not be shipped until I provided them with a credit card. I called in again spoke with another representative and she spoke with her manager advised the email was a mistake and they would be sending my shipment out and I should receive it 2/16. I received an email stating my order was shipped and utilized the tracking number to follow up on my package not only do I still not have my package as of 2/17 the tracking number given has my package as initiated but states it has not even been shipped! I had informed every customer service representative that I spoke with how time sensitive my order was. I placed my order Jan 2nd thinking I would have over a month to receive my items. I had to go somewhere else and purchase my items a second time from another company. I am done with Allheart! I will never recommend anyone utilize them and I will inform every Health care provider I come in contact with not to utilize Allheart and let them know how extremely stressful this whole process has been.
