We used Allheart a few time. The last time we used them we got a horrible product. Our policy with our company is that all clothing has to be washed before worn around the chickens. We washed the Scrub Pants and when they were done most of them started to rip in the front area. The ones that were still salvageable we had the workers wear. The stitching on these pants were very cheaply made. Within an hour all of them started to rip in the front area. When we bought this product it said on the site that wear it for 30 days and if you do not like you can return with no questions asked. So 1 week later we are trying to return these pants. On the return policy sheet it did not say anything about items being laundered. The items were sent back to us with a letter saying that they were laundered. So I showed my boss the letter and we looked back on the website and their return policy sheet said something different than what it did when I printed it out before. We got ahold of the company because by that time there was a number on the website. They told us that the 30 day walk and wear policy was no longer in affect. When I sent the product back it still was in affect. This company is so misleading at what they advertise. It is like pulling teeth to talk to anybody. I sent several emails and no one will call you back. Well it is 2 months later and our company is out 400.00 because of the shady way this company does business.
