I had no complaints with the materials/courses. I do have complaints with the customer service when I call in with questions. The students services staff was never helpful. This most recent time when I called student services for questions, the person was rude and interrupted me multiple times. I was informed that the classes expire within a year of enrollment. This class was not mandatory in obtaining the Real Estate license but is part of the class to take after obtaining the license, which was not my priority. I was rather disappointed that it did expire & how the student service person handled the call.
