I ordered a product from vibeshop and when I got the merchandise I realized I should have ordered the one size larger than I did. It was a Christmas present and I thought that I would not receive the replacement on time. However, I still tried and called the company to get an RMA and get a replacement product. The company has upgraded my shipping method without charging me and without me asking so I can get the merchandise before Christmas, and I actually got my replacement on time on December 23rd.
