Horrible Customer service. If you make a mistake on returning a merchandise for a refund like losing your tracking number, etc. they will not give you a refund even if they receive the product. They will claim that they have not received it. This is stealing, there has been over 10 complaints about them not issuing a refund within the last few months. They have found a loophole in the system and they are taking advantage of it. I have filed a complaint with FTC, BBB and I will file a theft report with the Sheriff department.
