On 12/31/09, one year after we signed up for their services, we go to use the service for $400+ of repairs only to find we had never received any type of documentation about how to use the service or a listing of exactly what was covered. Upon a quick check online, we discovered they are now out of business. We had a similar situation with Circuit City but Circuit City found a company to handle their warranty claims. We have now paid in almost $1,200 and now must pay out of pocket for the repairs that would have been covered. I can't reach anyone from the finance company or the warranty company. When I call the toll free number (866-571-7974) all I get is a busy signal. This is rated a 1 only because 0 and negative number can't be selected.
