My husband ordered 2 pairs of jeans by phone and was not given the total of the order that was to be charged to my credit card account. After 1/2 dozen calls to their "customer service" number to try to find out what the total charge would be, I gave up. They put you on a voicemail merry-go-round and never answer the phone. I spent over 30 minutes on hold each time I called. There is also no option to leave a message although they claim there is. I have decided to cancel the order after reading up on this company's history and seen all the complaints about it. I sent the cancellation through their website www.ubuyez.com since they refuse to answer the phone. Let's see if the order gets cancelled and my card not charged. By law, I should have up to 3 business days to cancel without incurring any charges. Yet the auto-response I received states that any cancellations after 24 hours have to be credited back to my account. Their whole return policy sound bogus and slanted in their favor.
