ordered a product from company in september 21st. returned product october 2nd, they received it on the 8th, it is now november and still no refund! I have emailed them at least 6 or 7 times and finally got thru to customer service on the phone and was promised a refund by the end of october, still no refund and it's november 8th. I will never do business with this company again. Please be careful.
