Wish I would have reviewed complaints before ordering. First,the customer service reps @ Kymaro "size you" and this is out of your control (only you don't know it yet) but when the garments are too big, you have no recourse. I am 120# and they ordered me a large size without confirming this to me over the phone. Their advertisements are misleading as they offer you "free gifts" but these 3 garments cost me $8.95 each for shipping & handling of a poorly made, falsely advertised product which does not do what it advertises. You are never confirmed the shipping and handling of $8.95 each for the "free items" they skip over that too! It only adds bulk when poorly sized and too big. When I called them, asking if I could return the items 5 days after receiving them, I was told that I couldn't return the "free items" I advised them all 4 pieces sent me were too big. I only received a refund of $39.95 from my credit card company, since I got no where with Kymaro, I filed a complaint with my credit card holder. I will loose $40.00 in shipping and handling from them. Do not do business with Kymaro, they are a rip off to the consumer. Also, they advertise "customer satisfaction" is their top priority while you are on hold over the telephone, but don't believe them. If you return the items for a different size, you will again be charged their $8.95 shipping/handling re-stocking fee per item. Phone calls and credits are not returned without much aggravation and then you will still be ripped off. Do not do business with these people!!
