took my dog to Baseline Animal Hospital for boarding and he had a severe allergic reaction to flea bites he got while under their care (he has never had fleas before). My dog experience a tremendous amount of pain and suffering due to the incompetence of this facility. On top of it all, the staff was extremely rude and didn't return any of my six phone calls about this situation. They didn't take this situation seriously and compromised the health of my beloved dog. This situation cost me a tremendous amount of money. My dog was healthy when he went for boarding and almost died because of their incompetence. I would never recommend this facility to anyone.
