Everything was great

I found them on the internet and called them to get a quote on some jewelry I was considering selling. I was going to sell it last year when gold was really expensive but I never got arund to it until now. I I could only come at a time when they are normally closed, but they told me to try and call when I would like to come and they might be open. Sure enough they were. I sold most of my pieces for what I thought was a good price based on when i looked at the gold price before I came. Robert even helped instruct me to keep pieces to keep and not sell because there wasn't enough good value to outweigh the sentimental value from my father. I was very happy with every thing and would be comfortable to go back.

Often it's nice to keep those sentimental items for the good memories. Yes, sometimes we can pay more than was originally estimated and anticipated so please keep in mind...
Our offer’s of free “blind” estimates are based solely on the seller’s description and subject to change upon an actual “on site” evaluation. The estimate can go up, remain the same or go down to as we ultimately pay based on our “in person” evaluation of the item. I recall a seller with a 1950’s watch who described to us via our website, what seemed to be a $2,000 Rolex, however a visit to our office revealed a rare $ 8,000 item and we adjusted our payment up accordingly. Of course had the watch been a fake replica we would not have been able to buy it at all. We do receive packages by insured mail from all over the world, which in many instances is more time efficient than a long distance drive to get our free evaluation.
