Horrible experience

This is the worst apartment rental company I have ever experienced. Fidel is the most disrespectful, unprofessional, rude person I've tried to speak to. After living in one of Ben Leeds horrible apartments for a year, I've now moved out, left the unit in much better shape than it was given to me in, but yet they are still trying to keep $400 of my deposit. It has already been a nightmare to try to get my money and I know it isn't going to get any easier. I will probably have to take them to small claims court, and win, like every other person who has filed against them. They are crooks and horrible to deal with while you are a tenant and then even worse to deal with once you move out. Fidel needs to be fired and the company needs to realize that they do not have even 1 good review in any review forums online. This says a lot about them. It's sad that they can get away with treating people like this.
