YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR, NOT TRUSTWORTHY ANYMORE

I purchased a designer ruby and diamond tennis bracelet for $ 2337.49, wore it once and a inner prong broke and a ruby fell out. I have been a bidz customer for over 10+ years, and after 4 + phone calls, numerous emails, I was promised that 'bidz would take care of it and honor the warranty on the bracelet.' When I was notified that the ruby would be too difficult to match, and to get a repair estimate, I did. When I called with the estimate I was told by customer service representative Ryan, 'too bad, its past its warranty, and we will not pay to repair it.' I have never been treated so poorly or dealt with a such non-existent customer service. The repair cost, $ 187.25 of which I'm paying out of pocket. All I can say is stay away, I have told all of my friends, DO NOT BUY FROM BIDZ!
