Make sure you get right information regarding zerona before doing it.

Don't do zerona. I did everything they tolds me religiously with no desirable result. when I started they just kept telling me how miracle is this machine and some people even loose up to 13 inches or so,but they dont tell you that there isno garantee
where you are going to loose weight.for example you might wantta loose weight in your belly you might end up loosing weight in your legs or arms.are u kidding? after diet and exercise for two weeks I am sure I will loose weight (2inche)somewhere.be advise
with their measurment and everything?
