I had my tattoo removed there. After 5 treatments my tattoo on my upper arm is completely gone, and I can now wear sleeveless shirts.
It's a bit of a painful treatment, so I highly recommend getting the injection to numb the area, but its definitely worth the pain, when you are gaining your self confidence back.
