I had a pacemaker put in four years ago from Boston Scientific. I had a stroke on Friday and been in the hospital for 3days waiting for the rep to come switch my PM to MRI mode. Well Boswell has been telling me that they were doing the MRI since Saturday. I just found out that I'm not getting my MRI until tomorrow!! Four fucking days later!! WTF?? Boston Scientific sucks Royal. So does Banner Boswell for lying to me.if I could I'd have this thing taken out and go with another maker. Really, what does BS do in case of an emergency?? Tell you to call 911!!! No wonder their initials are BS!! Worst customer service ever!!
