NO RESPECT FOR PATIENT'S TIME!

My first exam and cleaning with this dentist (West Covina office) was 7 months ago. I had an 8am appointment, arrived a few minutes early and took about 10 minutes filling out paperwork. I did not get seen until 930am. When my exam was done, I was told
I would have to come back the next for a cleaning. I have never had to come back for a routine cleaning with any other dentist (as most dentists reasonably assume if you are there for a six month exam you also will need a cleaning), but I figured it was because
they were running so late. I came back the next day and had to wait 45 minutes past my scheduled appointment to get my cleaning done. While very annoyed at all the waiting, they at least did a great job cleaning my teeth, so when it was time for another check
up I called them this week to get an appointment. I was told I could only schedule an exam, not an exam and cleaning, but I made a 10am appointment anyway. Remembering my experience from last time, I resolved to leave if I had to wait more than 30 minutes
past my appointment time. Sure enough, I waited over 35 minutes and saw that there were patients that came in after me being called in before me. At that point I told them to cancel my appointment and walked out. This office has no respect for the patient's
time at all.
