Bogus Sales - Beware Buyers

This company called from a blocked number saying they were our contracted Xerox supplier. The salesman was pushy and aggressive. Gave us the same line as the other two reviewers that our rates would go up dramatically if we did not order. Implying we have a contract, but if we ordered "just one" toner they could grandfather us in at the old prices. As a brand new employee I did not know my copier contract and got scammed to the tune of $798. Then they call back every few months to pressure us to get more. I had issues so I call their "billing" number (IDCServco), that is a company that says they have no association with Capital Supply Center and that they just do their billing and ship what Capital Supply orders. This is a scam on all fronts, and I recommend you just hanging up on the caller. When pushed for more info the aggressive sales person will just hang up on you.
