If I could give them zero stars I would. I have never felt that need to review a company on BBB because of the lack of customer serivce and misleading nature of a business. DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT buy anything from this company. They are selling cheap ink replacments for 2 to 3 time what they are worth. Then they will lie and tell you that you agreed to an order of 10 or 12. They will countinue to send you products even after the acct is closed. It took 3 months of phone calls and emails to close our acct and get our invoices paid. I thought we were done, but they just called and said that they will be sending out 2 more. These people are dishonest and run their business like their lives with no regard for the other person and without and morals.
