We have purchased 9 iMac computers from ApplePalace, they all came with no problem. It has been 5 months now , and they are still working fine. One of our imacs started to give a software problem. So we called ApplePalace hoping they can help over the phone, but there was nothing they could do over the phone. We sent the imac to them, hoping the service would not be pricy. They told us that we don't need to pay anything. We just paid for the shipping cost thats all. The warranty was 2 months , and they don't cover software but they helped us after 6 months. I don't know if they do the same thing for their customers , we have a business account with them and we can say we are very happy with Applepalace.com . Great business, no cold phone conversations, no endless automated phone support, you can directly talk to someone. Recommended business, great tech support.
