As of this writing, I've made three purchases from Computer Palace -- one small and two medium size. I must say I've been very impressed.
What actually got me to go with the last purchases was their outstanding support on products that I did not even purchase from them. By the time I had gone to CP, I was already very frustrated with two other stores (wasted my time & money).
At Computer Palace, they were knowledgeable and more than courteous to me.
Life is beautiful...
