I have had a terrible service experience with this company. To make a long story short, I sent in one of their products (iAudio M3) for repair. The company requires prepayment, which I provided. When the device was returned, it did not work. I repeatedly emailed and eventually wrote a letter to the company, but in each instance they simply did not respond. In my experience, they have earned their F rating. I guess legally they took payment for services (repair services) that they ultimately did not provide, and tht I could take action against them. But at this point, I'd rather have nothing else to do with them or their products. I suggest that you avoid Cowon America and its line of electronics, and put your money and your faith in other, more ethical companies.
