We bought a bed topper on Saturday and had it delivered Saturday,needless to say we were not happy with the softness of the bed,and didn't sleep well at all.I phoned the Fullerton office Sunday morning not knowing how it was going to turn out . Shane Davis answered the phone and was happy to assist ,he told us that he can exchange the product for another one to our liking,he did that with the attitude that was pleasant and reassuring.This is my 3 time buying from the company and not the last Thank you
