I bought a dance pad and Stepmania software from this company. The dance pad was not compatible with my PC and the driver that ddrgame wanted me to install was not recommended by my virus scanner. I decided to return the items, but ddrgame refused to give me a full refund. They say they they do not take opened software. This seems silly to me because 1) the software is unusable without the dance pad and 2) the software is FREE to download on the internet. Also, they want to charge me a 20% restocking fee. This is a scam.
