I have not been shopping with this company very long but I guess to long because now I cant get hold of anyone in customer service you see when you first order anything from them it arrives fairly quickly then you order more and guess what their true colors start to show the orders start to come slower and slower until it gets to the point that it just stops altogether that's when the fun really begins you try to contact customer service and all you get is to listen to their cheesy radio station for thirty minutes before you just get so frustrated that you just hang up I have tried 52 times in the last four days with no success at all also sent e-mails to be unanswered if you call while the show is on they have no time for you instead they tell you to call customer service and it starts all over again. I am just so thankful that I have not spent a great deal of money but the money that I did spend was a lot to me I only want what I paid for. All I can say is if you are thinking of buying anything from this company please do your homework and take a pass on this company or you will be writing a letter like this one yourself
