I ordered opal earings from them on June 29. It is Sep. 15 and I still have not received them. I asked for a refund on Aug. 29. They told me it would be 3 to 5 business days> I have sent several e-mails to there contact website with no answer back. I have called about 6 times and told a different story each time. This kind of company should be closed down. This is pure fraud. This all happened in 2011.
