Terrible company. A sales representative ( David) came in my office saying he could save me money on my phone bill. I signed up for a 2 year contract at $84.00 a month. Salesman wrote on the contract the amount total is $84.00 a month. I get my first bill and the amount is much higher than what I agreed to on my contract.
I call customer service and the lady said I signed contract with $124.00 a months, and told me have to pay for that amount . I email her the copy of my contract $84.00 a month, and she told me she wouldn't adjust my bill. I asked the original copy from the salesman and guess what !!!!! They tamper the contract and they forced you pay more than what you agree to pay in the contract. They even cut off my phone line for 2 days.
The salesman ( Daivid) said he fix for me, but actually he is not.
Absolutely this is the worst service I ever had. So headache with billing department , customer service manager, salesman ( David). They present you with a contract, and don't honor it, and care less if you're happy with their service or not. They are cheating with customer . I don't know what to do now. Any one have an idea help me to fight with them, please drop me a line. Pleaseeeeeeee.
