Trouble with order

I worked with Ali to make a change to my order (we made a different design decision the next day after the order). My order had not gone to production when I called, and she was able to hold the production and change the order.
I did understand that if the order had already gone to production I'd be committed to the first order. So, I am incredibly grateful that Ali called and checked on this for me and then helped me to correct the order.
She was very friendly and sweet. I was VERY impressed and grateful. I can't wait to receive my copper tiles!
