To make a long story short...I signed up for the free trial...I cancelled 2 weeks before the end of the trial...I sent back EVERYTHING, even the free gifts...they still charged me. Their customer service was zero help. She said it takes 3 - 4 weeks to process the return/refund. By this logic, EVERYONE who signs up automatically gets charged $49.99 no matter what. They get charged automatically because it takes the so long to process things. I live in Washington state and it gets shipped back to California. It's been 2 weeks now and their systems are not updated saying they have received the package. I'm 99% sure that they have by now since it takes a max of 5 (on average) days to get something from WA to CA. I wrote the RMA number twice on the package in super big writing. I have had tons of trial offers where I have to send items back via mail and Dermacia is the first to ever charge me after I cancelled. Good thing my bank will refund me and/or get Dermacia to speed up their process.
