Terrible experience here

I had a terrible experience here. All I wanted was to be made beautiful. But I received such horrible treatment here in the process. 2 friends recommended I come. So I made an appointment. But the problem is that they were very disorganized. They can't
tell you a time with the doctor until the day before. They don't tell you what to expect or what to do. I called up quite distressed and afraid and the owner Lieber yelled at me and called me names. I felt terrible. The doctor made me feel better but on the
day of my appointment, I could hear Lieber yelling through the door about wanting to leave early and punching the wall. Multiple people witnessed this. Staff kept apologizing to me but it made me very nervous and afraid. I thought I would be in danger coming
back for my after care with this kind of behavior. It's really scary.
