Slippery sales ethics. They will send you a second order whether you sign up for automatic shipment and billing or not.
They will say it takes 8 days for them to replay your order and then ask you to call them back.
They will NOT refund you or give you a return authorization number.
In my opinion they set customers up for automatic shipping and billing because if they called you to renew many customers would decline.
The product itself did not work for me.
