I purchased a product on 12 July and asked if I could use it while I took High Blod pressure medication. They responded that their products were all natural and were perfectly safe to take.
Whe I recieved the merchandise, I read on the label that if I was on medication I should not take the product. I called the company, said I wanted to return the product and followed their instructions to make the return.
Two weeks after the return was confirmed by the Post Office, I called and asked about the refund. Their response was that it had indeed arrived in the warehouse but required two weeks for the refund to be processed. I was asked to wait for two more weeks for the refund to be processed.
Two weeks later I called because there was no refund. I was then told that they had not yet recieved the package. I gave them all of the info I had and the clerk said she would give it to the person I had originally spoken with who wopuld then call me immediately.
Forty minutes later -- no call. I called again, explained everything and asked for a supervisor. He came on the line and said I would be given a refunc - but not for the shipoing and handling. I objected because of the frustration I felt because I had been given false information about the product and the runaround to get a refund. He informed me that it was not company policy to refund the shipping and handling.
I thanked him. Hung up. Called my credit card company and asked to fill out a dispute claim. They were very responsive.
I almost gave dual action cleanse one star for their people being so calm and polite in their talk. But because of their seeming reluctance to be up front with me; they don't get any stars.
