Seller does not respond to emails. I have left numerous emails to no avail. I ordered a wall charger and got a wall charger and car charger, which were not ordered, i contacted them and did not hear back. Also concerning tax, i was charged sales tax from this company but not the other 2 companies i ordered the same time from, i asked why and again got no response. I feel the seller does not want to deal with a low paying customer, which is not fair to the consumer. I would suggest staying away from this large seller, as they are not here to make the customer happy or address concerns.
