I purchased a ticket one line on 01/01/2010 for my daughter, who is in another state. I went by the directions listed on the company’s web site and did a search for fandango theaters in her area. There web site gave me a whole list of theaters in her city. What they do not tell you is that most of those theaters do not take fandango. You have to click on the link behind the list of theaters. Now why would fandango ask you to type in the city for a list of fandango theaters. Then provide you with non- fandango theaters to. That is false advertisement. I do not need a list of theaters that do not take fandango. I ended up buying a $100 gift card, useless. There customer service told me I could use the card. If they had returned my money, they would have had a happy customer and good word of mouth. Customer service has gone out the window for a quick buck.
