This company is a total scam......they've taken money from us in advance in Dec'2010 to get the bike part repaired and despite of calling them constantly on a daily basis for over last two weeks no one has returned any of our calls....it is so very frustrating!!!! So anyone who needs any exercise equipment repaired, please do not have this company come to your help......coz u'll just get ripped off!!!!!
