We just ordered a flag and said we had to have it by a certain day. The sales associate said you will have it in time, with 3 days shipping. The next day we went to track it and it was not going to land when the associate said it would. When we called, they said OH WELL. THe sales associate said he did not remember our conversation and they would do nothing for me.
