Thank you for posting the difficulties that you have been having with your unit and with the quality of service that you have received. I have found this customer's record in our system and the last agent that he spoke with did not verify the purchase date because this customer is within the one year parts warranty that accompanies the unit. I will be contacting this customer to arrange appropriate service either in one of our authorized service center or we will have it shipped to one of our factory depots for repair. The agent has been scheduled for additional coaching sessions and a training review to avoid any future issues on these points.
