I have had a very hard time with this company. First of all, I placed an online order for a bedroom set and received a call a few days later saying that they had discontinued this set- so why is it still posted on the website and readily available to purchase??!! Annoying, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt, stuff like this sometimes happens. So I searched again and placed another order for a bedroom set and a coffee table set as well. They give me a delivery window of 2:00-600 (and said they'd call 30 mins in advance) which is annoying but I can understand that that's the way delivery services work. Well, 5:45 rolls around, no call, no furniture! Wondering what is going on, I decide to call the office before they close at 6:00. Well, no one was in the office, must have cut out early, and the way they make it seem like they are there is they state on their answering service that they are "helping other customers" (yeah right!). So we leave for the evening, bummed that we still have no furniture. Eight o'clock PM rolls around and I get a call from the delivery guy staying that he'll be there in a few mins to deliver our stuff- SERIOUSLY??!! No way! At this point he proceeds to tell me that I will have to schedule another delivery! ME?! Isn't that your job? And speaking of your job, isn't punctual delivery and communication with your customer your job as well?! The following day I schedule another delivery and have to wait another entire WEEK! Needless to say the woman working customer service wasn't all that nice either. We scheduled a delivery with TOP PRIORITY because they "felt so awful" so our delivery window was between 5:00-6:00 today. Five-thirty the phone rings and, guess what... they're running 1 1/2 hours LATE!! SERIOUSLY??!! At this point I am fuming and sitting at home STILL WITHOUT FURNITURE so I don't even know the quality of the merchandise! Don't put yourself through the misery of a poorly run company such as this. You are much better off going to another furniture supplier to save yourself the stress and annoyance that Furniture2go.com so generously supplies in replace of actual furniture!
