I was really pleased to find the furniture I was looking for on this website. After ordering a $700.00 sectional on 2/13/2011 I received a very rude, abrupt call letting me know that the item is back ordered, and will not be available until mid March. I am not sure why it is so difficult to let the customer know this at check out. The customer service representative, instead of suggesting any solutions, was very quick to get me off the phone. When I asked if she was in a hurry, she stated that yes, in fact she was. Proceeding to do everything to cut our conversation short. When I asked her about price match guarantee on a different sectional, she stated that before they match the price, the furniture store needs to have the same delivery policy as them. So if I am understanding this merchant correctly, in order to have the same price on any item, I have to first deduct the amount of delivery from purchase at the store that has the item at a reduced price. This experience makes it worth for me to pay an extra 100$ to another place where what I see will be what I get.
